Marion Man Arrested Following Larceny Investigation

A Town of Marion man was arrested Thursday following an investigation into a larceny at a local business.

Deputies arrested Luca Gruttadaurio, 23, for petit larceny. The charge stems from an incident where Gruttadaurio allegedly stole a bottle of milk and granola bars from the Dollar General store in Marion.

Gruttadaurio was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charge in the Town of Marion Court.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
