Troopers Investigating After Three Went Over Niagara Falls on Monday

New York State Police and Parks Police are investigating after three people went over Niagara Falls Monday night.

According to troopers, the incident happened at around 9:00 when 33-year-old Chaianti Means, 9-year-old Roman Rossman, and 5-month-old Mecca Means, all from Niagara Falls, crossed over the safety rail and went over the Falls on Luna Island which is attached to Goat Island.

Search and rescue efforts were unsuccessful.

While the circumstances remain under investigation, police have determined the incident was intentional.
