Elmira Dog Rescued from Post Hole

On Friday morning, Elmira Animal Control was dispatched to a residence on Jerusalam Hill Road for a dog stuck in a post hole. With the help of Baldwin Volunteer Fire Company, “Bruiser” was successfully removed unharmed and is doing well!
