Cody Cooper, 31, of Syracuse, was charged with petit larceny by the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department on Wednesday.

Cooper was arrested on an arrest warrant. He was transported from incarceration to the Seneca Falls Town Court by the NYS Department of Corrections where the warrant was executed.

Cooper was processed and arraigned at the Seneca Falls Town Court regarding the charge.
