Seneca Falls Police Arrest Waterloo Woman Following Crash

On Wednesday, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a Waterloo woman following the report of a property damage accident.

Police arrested Victoria Eggleston, age 31, after further investigation revealed that she allegedly intentionally struck a parked vehicle while two juveniles were standing next to it.

Eggleston was charged with one count of Attempted Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree, two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, both misdemeanors, and one count of Leaving the Scene of an Accident, a violation.

Eggleston was processed and transported to the Seneca County Jail to await central generalized arraignment. An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victims.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
