Seneca Falls Man Faces Felony Theft Charges

On Saturday, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a local man following an investigation into stolen property and identity misrepresentation.

Louis Saito, 32, of Seneca Falls, was taken into custody at approximately 9:03 PM and charged with Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree and Identity Theft in the Second Degree, both of which are classified as E felonies. Police allege that Saito unlawfully took property and used another person’s identity during the commission of the crime.

Saito was transported to the police department for processing. He was subsequently released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charges in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
