Seneca Falls Man Charged With Felony Burglary

A Seneca Falls man has been charged with felony burglary.

The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a local resident on Saturday evening following a theft investigation at a local business.

On Saturday at approximately 7:00 PM, police arrested 60-year-old Steven Irish of Seneca Falls. Irish was charged with Petit Larceny, a Class A Misdemeanor, and Burglary in the Third Degree, a Class D Felony. He is accused of entering the business and stealing property.

Irish was transported to the Seneca Falls Police Department for processing and was subsequently taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await Centralized Arraignment Part court.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
