Seneca Falls Man Charged With Criminal Mischief

On Friday, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a 32-year-old resident following an investigation into a domestic dispute.

Steven Gaudu, of Seneca Falls, was taken into custody and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree. Police allege that during the dispute, Gaudu intentionally damaged property belonging to the victim.

Following his arrest, Gaudu was transported to the police department for processing. He was then moved to the Seneca County Jail to await centralized arraignment.

Authorities confirmed that an order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
