On Saturday, the Macedon Police Department arrested a North Rose woman following a shoplifting investigation.

Haley Taber, 27, was taken into custody and charged with Petit Larceny. It is alleged that Taber stole property from a local business before being apprehended by officers.

Taber was processed at the police department and released with an appearance ticket. She is scheduled to answer the charge in Macedon Town Court at a later date.
