The Macedon Police Department has arrested a Fairport man on multiple charges following an investigation.
Police say 22-year-old Tyler Parsons was charged with third-degree rape, promoting a sexual performance by a child under the age of 17, and endangering the welfare of a child.
Parsons was taken into custody and transported to the Wayne County Jail for arraignment.
No additional information about the investigation was immediately released.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
