Two Geneva Residents Charged With Urinating in Public

On Friday, Geneva Police arrested two residents following a report of a crime in progress at the Exchange Place bus stop.

According to authorities, 63-year-old Grace Brinson and 46-year-old Lawrence Thomas were loitering at the location when they were observed simultaneously urinating on the bus stop building in full view of the public.

Both Brinson and Thomas were arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
