On Monday, Seneca County Sheriff Timothy Thompson reports that at approximately 5 p.m., sheriff’s deputies arrested Kevin Patrick, 42, of Geneva.

Patrick was charged with four counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree, which is a misdemeanor. The arrest stems from information obtained during a separate investigation. It is alleged that Patrick possessed firearms within his residence while being a convicted felon.

Patrick was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Fayette Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
