Newark Woman Arrested on Farmington Bench Warrant

On Saturday afternoon, Ontario County Deputies arrested a Newark woman on an active bench warrant out of Farmington Town Court.

Emilly Grabb, 27, was taken into custody at approximately 1:00 p.m. at the Farmington Town Court. According to authorities, Grabb was arrested for failing to appear in court regarding the original charges, which stemmed from multiple vehicle and traffic violations.

Following the arrest, Grabb was transported to the Ontario County Jail. She was held at the facility to await CAP arraignment.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
