Farmington Man Charged With Violating Probation

Chad Brown, 29, of Farmington, was charged with violating probation by Ontario County Deputies on Wednesday.

Brown was arrested on a warrant for violating probation issued by Manchester Town Court. He was arraigned at Manchester Town Court.

He was transported to Ontario County Jail where he is being held without bail. Brown is scheduled to appear in Manchester Town Court next month.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
