A Syracuse man was arrested by the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday evening following the execution of a bench warrant.
Deputies arrested Michael Digiambattista on a bench warrant issued for allegedly failing to appear in court in relation to original charges.
Following the arrest, Digiambattista was processed and held for the appropriate court proceedings.
