Investigators say a vehicle operated by 42-year-old Brian McDermott, of Canandaigua, left the roadway and crashed into a wooded area off County Road 28.

McDermott suffered minor injuries and was transported to F.F. Thompson Hospital by Canandaigua Ambulance.

A portion of County Road 28 was temporarily closed during the response but has since reopened.
