On Tuesday, Joshua Dalle, 32, of Rochester, was arrested by Canandaigua Police on a warrant for failing to appear in court regarding the original charges of failing to register as a sex offender.
Dalle was taken into custody and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
