Edward Roma, 45, of Canandaigua, was arrested on a probation warrant by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday.
He was taken into custody without incident regarding an active warrant issued from Canandaigua City Court.
Roma was transported to the Ontario County Jail and held for centralized arraignment court.
The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
