Schuyler County authorities arrested a 51-year-old Burdett resident on an outstanding arrest warrant.

According to officials, Nancy Case was taken into custody on a warrant charging her with Violation of Probation. The warrant had been issued out of Schuyler County Court.

Following her arrest, Case was arraigned in Schuyler County Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) Court and subsequently released.
