Schuyler County authorities arrested a 44-year-old Burdett resident following a complaint on State Route 414 in the Town of Hector.
According to officials, Jonathan Henry was taken into custody after an investigation into the incident. He was charged with Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree and Aggravated Harassment in the Second Degree.
Following his arrest, Henry was arraigned in Schuyler County Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) Court and remanded to the Schuyler County Jail.
