Fingerlakes Vietnam veterans and their families are invited to a commemoration ceremony next week in Oswego.
Congresswoman Claudia Tenney will formally welcome home veterans in New York’s 24th congressional district who participated in the war and give them lapel pins commemorating their service.
The ceremony will take place Friday, August 23, at 11:00a at Historic Fort Ontario.
If you’d like to attend the event, you’re asked to RSVP by calling Tenney’s Oswego District Office at 315-236-7088 and providing your name, rank, dates of service, and military branch.
