Geneva Man Arrested on Waterloo Bench Warrant

The Waterloo Police Department reports the arrest of a Geneva man on an outstanding bench warrant.

On June 3rd at approximately 4:55 PM, officers arrested 39-year-old Arkel Williams of Geneva. Williams was taken into custody on a bench warrant after he allegedly failed to appear in court regarding the original charges of Menacing in the Second Degree and Aggravated Harassment in the Second Degree.

Following his arrest, Williams was transported to the Waterloo Town Court for arraignment and was subsequently released on an appearance ticket.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
