Two Seneca Falls residents are facing multiple felony drug charges following a narcotics investigation by the Seneca Falls Police Department.

Police say members of the department’s Criminal Investigation Division concluded the investigation Thursday, resulting in the seizure of what authorities described as a significant quantity of illegal drugs.

Investigators reportedly recovered two ounces of crystal methamphetamine, along with quantities of crack cocaine and fentanyl. Police also say packaging materials commonly used for drug sales were seized during the operation.

As a result of the investigation, 34-year-old Steven Foulkrod, of Seneca Falls, was charged with one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree, a Class A felony, three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, Class B felonies, and two counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree, Class A misdemeanors.

Also arrested was 20-year-old Mariah Keeler-Ward, of Seneca Falls. She faces the same charges.

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office assisted with the investigation.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
