Palmyra-Macedon High School floriculture students spent part of this week honoring military service members ahead of Memorial Day.
Students in the Pal-Mac Agriculture and FFA program created handmade Memorial Day centerpieces during class and delivered the arrangements to offices throughout the district, including the high school, middle school, primary school, district office, counseling office, and main office.
District officials said the project was designed to honor and remember those who have served the country while also showcasing the students’ creativity and hard work.
The district also thanked the district office staff for providing students with a tour during their visit.
School officials wished the community an early Memorial Day weekend and thanked residents for supporting the Pal-Mac Agriculture and FFA program.
