Honeoye Falls Woman Arrested For Shoplifting in Victor

A Honeoye Falls woman was arrested following a shoplifting incident at Eastview Mall on Wednesday afternoon.

According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, 55-year-old Shanna Piacente was taken into custody at the Von Maur department store in the Town of Victor. Deputies allege that Piacente passed all points of sale without paying for $129 worth of merchandise.

Piacente was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the larceny charge in Victor Town Court at a later date.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
