Canandaigua Man Arrested Following Rollover Crash

A Canandaigua man faces multiple charges following a single-vehicle rollover crash in the Town of East Bloomfield early Thursday morning.

According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, deputies arrested 30-year-old Andrew Everett at approximately 4:42 a.m. at the intersection of Steele Road and Pond Road. Following an investigation, deputies determined that Everett was allegedly operating the vehicle while under the influence.

Everett was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the First Degree. He suffered injuries in the crash and was transported to Thompson Hospital for treatment.

Following his release from the hospital, Everett was taken to the Ontario County Jail to await centralized arraignment.

He is scheduled to appear in East Bloomfield Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.

 

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
