A Canandaigua man was arrested late Monday morning on an active bench warrant issued by the Ontario County Drug Treatment Court.
Ontario County authorities arrested Kolens Imbert, 31, at the Ontario County Probation Department in Hopewell. The arrest was made on a bench warrant for failing to appear in court regarding the original charges and having failed to comply with court-ordered programs.
Imbert was transported to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
