On Friday, an officer with the Village of Bath Police Department received a call regarding possible illegal activity involving two juveniles.
Throughout the course of the investigation, which involved multiple witnesses, it was determined that a 17-year-old juvenile had allegedly supplied and allowed a 13-year-old juvenile to use a THC smoking device. The 17-year-old then allegedly attempted to conceal the device in multiple different locations to prevent it from being produced during a legal action.

The juvenile was processed and released to a guardian. The individual is scheduled to appear in Steuben County Court – Youth Part at a later date.
