The Keuka College Men’s Lacrosse team lost at home to SUNY Brockport 18-8 in an Empire 8 game at the Jephson Community Athletic Complex.
Mitchell Wise (Greece, N.Y. / Hilton) scored three goals for Keuka College (3-12, 0-9 Empire 8) in their final game of the season. Jaxson Tucker (Canandaigua, N.Y. / Canandaigua Academy) made 16 saves in goal for the Wolves while setting the single season record for saves in a season.
The Golden Eagles jumped out to a 5-0 lead over the Wolves in the first quarter. Keuka College took advantage of a Brockport penalty as Harrison Root (Jefferson, N.J. / Jefferson Township) scored on the man-up with two minutes left. Brockport added a late goal to lead 6-1 after one.
Two quick goals by Brockport opened the second. The visitors increased their lead to 11-1. Keuka took advantage of another extra-man opportunity as Kaleb Glessing (Ontario, N.Y. / Wayne) set up Aiden Nice (Palmyra, N.Y. / Palmyra-Macedon) for the goal. Brockport answered with a goal, but Austin Holsclaw (Queensbury, N.Y. / Queensbury) scored for the Wolves before halftime. Brockport led 12-3 at the break.
Keuka College won the third quarter, outscoring SUNY Brockport 3-2 in the frame. Tre Lloyd (Canandaigua, N.Y. / Canandaigua Academy) opened the scoring for the Wolves. Brockport responded with a goal, but Keuka College scored two quick goals by Kaleb Glessing and Mitchell Wise made it 13-6 and forced Brockport to use a timeout. The break slowed the play for both teams as the game settled. Brockport scored on the man-up with 14 seconds left in the quarter to take a 14-6 lead into the final frame.
Mitchell Wise scored back-to-back goals for the Wolves in the fourth, but the Golden Eagles outscored the Wolves 4-2 in the quarter as SUNY Brockport defeated Keuka College 18-8.

- The Wolves fall to 5-13 all-time against SUNY Brockport, dropping the last seven meetings with the Golden Eagles
- With his 16 saves, Jaxson Tucker moved his season total to 200 to set a new program record. He passed the mark of 191 saves set by Jim Elwood in 1997
- Playing in his final game for the Wolves, Daniel Rustay (Camillus, N.Y. / West Genesee) collected five ground balls and caused a turnover. He moved into a tie for tenth on the career ground ball list. For the season, he collected 69 ground balls, eighth-most in program history
- Harrison Root’s goal was the 50th of his career
