Trooper Brian Hollister, who was standing outside of the second patrol vehicle, was also struck.

Trooper Hollister was medically evaluated at Samaritan Hospital for a complaint of ankle pain and was later released.

State Police were assisted on the scene by the town of Watertown Ambulance, the town of Watertown Fire Department, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, the Department of Transportation, and Roadside Warriors.
