Two people have been arrested after being caught with a stolen handgun in Rochester.

State Police report conducting a traffic stop on Hudson Ave at around 5:41 Thursday evening where they found a loaded handgun that was stolen out of Mississippi.

22-year-old Jaleel Bagley and 19-year-old Mizele Artis, both from Rochester were charged with felony counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon and Stolen Property.

The pair were taken to the Monroe County Jail for arraignment.
