Two Monroe County Jail Deputies pleaded guilty on Friday to charges of official misconduct following two separate incidents at the Rochester facility.

21-year-old Dominic Kujawa was alleged to have allowed an inmate to fight another inmate and not intervene. 20-year-old Dominic Denaro admitted to alerting inmates prior to cell searches.

13 WHAM in Rochester reports that Denaro resigned from his position shortly after the investigation into the incident he was involved in started. Sheriff Todd Baxter told the television station that Kujawa would be fired.

Both men will be sentenced to three years of probation in August.
