State Trooper Suspended Without Pay Following Arrest

A State Trooper who works out of Troop F in Middletown has been suspended without pay following his arrest on a felony robbery charge.

Christopher Dibartolo was arrested following an investigation into an incident that occurred outside a residence in the village of Liberty, in Sullivan County, in 2023. The complainant, known to the Trooper, came forward after he was involved in an incident with DiBartolo while he was on duty. The complainant reported that DiBartolo allegedly took personal property from him, causing damage.

DiBartolo was arraigned in Liberty Town Court and released on an appearance ticket
