State Police Issue Pistol Permit Reminder

The New York State Police is reminding all New York State Pistol Permit holders (excluding Westchester, Nassau, Suffolk, and New York City) that New York State Law requires you to recertify a carry concealed pistol permit every 3 years.

The recertification requirement for premises and employment pistol permits is every 5 years.
