An Elmira man has been indicted on 27 counts of rape for allegedly repeatedly sexually abusing a 16-year-old girl, filming it and posting the photos online.

33-year-old Kyle Tice was also indicted by a Chemung County Grand Jury on 19 counts of Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance and three counts of promoting a sexual performance by a child.

Tice was arrested in February after he was in the same car of a 16-year-old girl who had been reported missing. Officers said the teen told them Tice was abusing her.

After pleading not guilty, Tice was sent to Chemung County Jail in lieu of bail.
