According to the latest data from the Energy Information Administration (EIA), demand increased from 8.23 million b/d last week to 8.45. Meanwhile, total domestic gasoline stocks increased from 247.9 million barrels to 248.3, and gasoline production saw no change last week, averaging 9.2 million barrels daily. Crude oil prices remain stable, ranging from $70 to $74 per barrel this morning.
For drivers who use diesel fuel, the national average price for diesel is $3.65, down two cents from last Monday. The New York average is $3.97, no change from last Monday.
