A 15-year-old student who fell from Rochester’s School of the Arts on Monday has died, the Rochester City School District confirmed.
Officers responded to the school on Prince Street around 11:30 a.m. for a report of a suicidal female. Police said the girl fell from an elevated position before first responders could reach her.
She was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital, where she died Monday night, according to RCSD Superintendent Demario Strickland.
