On and off rain showers along with temperatures in the high 40’s did not damp the spirits of the thousands of people that turned out Saturday for the annual parade in the Birthplace of Memorial Day – Waterloo, NY.

Waterloo’s Celebration continues thru Monday. The village commemorates Memorial Day on the traditional date May 30th.
