The Village of Dundee is inviting local businesses and community organizations to take part in this year’s Memorial Day Parade.
Organizers say the annual parade is intended to honor the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving in the U.S. military and to bring the community together in remembrance.
Participants are invited to enter floats, march with staff or organization members, display banners, or drive decorated vehicles in the procession.
The parade will begin at 10 a.m. at the Dundee Central School front loop and will end at Seneca Street Park in front of the Dundee Area Historical Society.
The Dundee American Legion Auxiliary Memorial Day Parade Committee is asking interested groups to RSVP or contact organizers by May 22 to assist with planning and lineup arrangements.
Those interested in participating can contact parade planners Annette Keck at 607-329-6308 or Mary Cornish at 315-694-3679 for additional information regarding registration, lineup times, and parade details.
