Jenelle Rivera, 46, of Seneca Falls, was charged with failing to appear in court regarding the original charges by the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department on Thursday

Rivera was transported to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center, where she was arraigned at CAP Court.
