Hammondsport Woman Accused of Driving on Suspended License in Penn Yan

A Hammondsport woman was arrested by the Penn Yan Police Department following a traffic stop in the village.

Police say 43-year-old Jasmine Brooks was stopped on Liberty Street. During the investigation, officers determined Brooks had suspended driving privileges.  Brooks was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and issued an appearance ticket.

She is scheduled to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
