The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Pittsford woman following a traffic stop on State Route 332 in the Town of Farmington.

On Sunday, deputies arrested 51-year-old Heather Bryant of Pittsford. The arrest was the result of a roadside investigation stemming from the initial traffic stop. At the conclusion of the investigation, deputies determined that Bryant had allegedly operated her motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition.

Bryant was placed under arrest and transported to the Ontario County Jail, where she refused a Datamaster breath analysis to determine her blood alcohol content. She was issued uniform traffic tickets for Driving While Intoxicated and held for centralized arraignment.

Bryant is scheduled to return to Farmington Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
