A Truxton man on probation with multiple prior felony convictions has been arrested after New York State Police said he was manufacturing and selling ghost guns using 3D printers.

According to State Police, members of the Community Stabilization Unit and Violent Gang and Narcotics Enforcement Team arrested Adam Rowe, 37, on Saturday after investigators executed a search warrant at his residence.

The investigation also involved the New York State Police Counter Terrorism Intelligence Unit and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.

Authorities said investigators recovered multiple firearms and firearm components from the home, including a .22 caliber AR-style ghost gun with a loaded magazine, a loaded .38 caliber revolver, a 9mm 3D-printed ghost handgun, a 3D-printed suppressor, a high-capacity magazine, and numerous additional gun parts.

Police also seized three 3D printers and materials that investigators said were being used to manufacture firearm components and ghost guns.

Investigators allege that Rowe, who is prohibited from possessing firearms because of prior felony convictions and his probation status, was manufacturing ghost guns and selling them.

In addition to the weapons, authorities said investigators discovered three raccoons and an opossum at the residence. Additional charges related to the possession of wild animals are pending through the DEC.

State Police charged Rowe with multiple felony and misdemeanor weapons offenses, including criminal possession of a weapon, possession of an assault weapon, possession of a silencer, possession of high-capacity ammunition feeding devices, and gunsmithing violations related to unserialized firearms.

Investigators also alleged that Rowe and Angela Dennis, 22, left two children alone in a vehicle where they had access to an illegal, unsecured loaded firearm.

Dennis was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Rowe was processed and transported to the Cortland County Jail for centralized arraignment.
