A three-vehicle crash in the Town of Walworth sent one person to the hospital Tuesday morning.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office. the crash happened just before noon at the intersection of State Route 441 and Canandaigua Road and involved a delivery van, a Jeep, and a pickup truck.
Investigators say a delivery van driven southbound on Canandaigua Road failed to yield the right of way while crossing State Route 441. The van then collided with an eastbound Jeep, which was pushed into a pickup truck.
The Jeep driver, identified by authorities as 30-year-old Michelle VanHout of Marion, reported right ankle pain and was taken by Wayne County EMS to Strong Memorial Hospital for treatment. No other injuries were reported.
The driver of the delivery van was identified as Dylan Peel of Syracuse. The pickup truck was driven by Harry Gorrel of Webster.
Multiple agencies assisted at the scene, including Wayne County EMS, West Walworth Fire Department, and several towing services.
