Canandaigua Woman Accused of Criminal Mischief in Dundee

On Saturday, Yates County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a report of criminal mischief at a property on Shannon Corners Road in the Town of Starkey.

Following an investigation, deputies arrested Colleen Fiorilla, 32, of Canandaigua. Fiorilla is accused of breaking property belonging to another person.

She was charged with Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree. Fiorilla was transported to the Yates County Jail to await arraignment in the Yates County Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) Court.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
