House porch decorated for Halloween with Freddy Krueger, Pennywise, clowns, and a pumpkin monster. — A house in Newark features elaborate Halloween decorations, including Freddy Krueger, Pennywise, and a pumpkin monster, as part of a local display contest.

The Village of Newark will celebrate this fall with a Halloween Display Contest. Halloween decorations will be placed outside of homes for all to see!

Residents can win a trick-or-treat basket of holiday goodies. Be creative and have fun!

When you complete your Halloween display, register by calling 315-331-4770, ext. 106 between October 22^nd and October 29^th. Contest judges will take a photo of your creation. Registration must be completed by noon on October 29^th.
