In what is sure to be a disappointment to Hobart players, coaches, and fans, it has been announced there will not be a lacrosse game with Syracuse University this season. According to Hobart Head Coach Greg Raymond, scheduling didn’t pan out and the Syracuse coaches feel differently about this rivalry than the Statesmen.

The two programs have played 109 games against each other since 1916. Hobart has home games against Canisius, Michigan, Bucknell, Cornell, Albany, and Richmond this spring.
