William Billings

William Billings, age 78, of Watkins Glen, NY, died peacefully on May 9, 2025, after several years of illness.

He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 53 years, Gloria; their daughter Christy; son-in-law Mark; his sisters, Cathy, Debbie, and Evelyn; brother Tom; as well as many loyal and caring friends.

The family will receive friends and relatives at Royce-Chedzoy Funeral Home, 212 E. 4th St., in Watkins Glen, on Friday (May 16th) from 11 am to 12 pm, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 pm. A memorial reception to be announced.
