Thomas J. Coakley of Honeoye Falls, NY passed away on Friday, April 10, 2026, at his home surrounded by his family.

Tom was born on June 5, 1956, to the late Pauline and Daniel Coakley.

He is survived by Alicia and sons, Andrew (Jamie) and Steven Coakley; his grandchildren Oliva, Harry, and Jerry; his siblings, Barbara (John) Shoemaker, David (Suzanne) Coakley, Robert (Joy) Coakley, and Mary (Mark) Knapp, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call Friday, April 17, 2026, from 4-7 pm at the Merton H. Kays Funeral Home, Inc., 59 Monroe Street, Honeoye Falls. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026, with a time and location to be determined. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Tom's memory to the APDA - the American Parkinson Disease Association.
