Joan R. Parham (nee Rinck) returned to our Lord on Monday, March 2, 2026, in Naples, FL. Devoted spouse of her late husband James R. Parham (“Jake”), Joan was also preceded in death by her parents, Arthur J. Rinck and Florence R. Rinck (nee Rudesill), and her sister Jean R. Miller.

Joan is survived by her beloved sons, James R. Parham (“Chip”), Joseph R. Parham, and J. Randolph Parham (“Randy”), her daughter-in-law Carolyn E. Parham, and her granddaughters, Hannah M. Parham and Hadley D. Parham. Always active, Joan enjoyed playing golf, tennis, bridge, and later in life, bingo. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Memorial services for Joan will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, March 30, 2026, at St. William’s Catholic Church, Naples, FL, and at 10:30 am on July 22, 2026, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Belleville, IL.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Matthew’s House in Naples, FL, Alzheimer’s Research Center at Region Hospital in St. Paul, MN, St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in St. Louis, MO, or another charity of your choice. Private interment.
